VM Treasure accepts payments via credit and debit from all major card companies including

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover

We also accept payments directly through PayPal -- simply choose PayPal in the payment portion of check out and you'll be redirected to log in.

You can always check the status of your order by clicking on My Account in the navigation bar. We will be happy to make any changes to your order if you contact us before it has been shipped.
We ship would wide by using the USPS service

Item will be shipped within 1 business day after payment is cleared. Please note that business days exclude weekends and US Public Holidays. Item will be shipped from Kennesaw, Georgia. Tracking Number will be provided for domestic only.


Domestic

Package will go by the USPS standard shipping. The tracking number will be provided. You can track the package status in your VM Treasure customer account as well as on the USPS website. Package will take about 3 - 7 business days for delivery.

(Please be informed that some shipment may require customer's signature upon delivery)


International

Package will go by the USPS FirstClass International shipment. Please be informed that keep there will be NO TRACKING number for this type of shipment, and you will be responsible for any imported taxes occured at your home country. VM Treasure CANNOT responsible for any missing item or taxes occurred at the customs of your home country. Once item is shipped, we will forward you a copy of customs number and USPS receipt. In the case that you are having problem with the customs of your home country, you may refer to the customs number on the package we provided.

Note that: International shipment would take AT LEAST 2 weeks for delivery

WE TRY TO BE GREEN as much as we can

So, we will mostly use RECYCLED packaging and shipping materials. This will also help our customer pay less on a shipping cost as well as reduce landfill waste.

If for any reason, you would like us to ship the items in a brand new packaging/shipping materials, please select the shipping method with "New Shipping Materials" when checking out. Note that regular handling and shipping fee will be applied.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURN or EXCHANGE

It is buyer's responsibility to check the measurements and condition before purchasing. We will include information about item as much as we can. If you have any question, please feel free to contact us before checking out. We will be happy to answer your question.

However, if the buyer receives an item that is not as described or we sent the wrong item, or is in some other way not as described, the buyer must contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may require the photo of the evidence. If the return is verified, we will assist the buyer in returning the item and a full refund may be granted

Return item must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Shoes should be returned with the original shoe box.
